  • Individuals transitioning from family homes, group homes, or other care settings

How SDRC Funding Works

Our services are funded through the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC), which means there is no out-of-pocket cost to eligible individuals and families.

SDRC coordinates and funds services for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout San Diego and Imperial counties. As a vendored provider, we work directly with your SDRC service coordinator to create and implement your service plan.

If you are not yet connected to SDRC, we can help guide you through the intake process to determine eligibility and begin accessing services.
